Ardiah Group Acquires Olathe, KS Gene Sequencing Lab, IntelligeneCG

Ardiah Group, LLC announced this week that it has acquired IntelligeneCG, LLC of Olathe, Kansas.

Ardiah Group, LLC (“Ardiah”) provides small to medium sized businesses with early growth capital, and advisory and managed services support. Ardiah’s strategy focuses on balancing both the cash flow and logistical needs of our partner companies, better positioning them to achieve their growth plans. Ardiah’s back-office support division, Ardiah Managed Services (“AMS”), is a key part of this strategy. AMS provides businesses with immediate synergies, efficiencies and cost savings by extending its accounting, technology, payroll and payment solution services to those businesses allowing them to focus on growth and improving cash flow.

IntelligeneCG (“ICG”) is a leading provider of laboratory services focusing on cancer genomics, pharmacogenomics, predictive cardiology testing, and other gene sequencing diagnostics. “We are very excited about this partnership and the synergies generated by joining with the Ardiah team”, commented Mario de Oliveira, ICG founder and CEO. “This will allow us to focus on our service expansion efforts while AMS continues to optimize the operation for growth” Mr. de Oliveira concluded.

Over the past two years, AMS has been providing support services to ICG in the areas of accounting and financial support. Now, as a wholly owned subsidiary, ICG will gain the full support of AMS services including accounting, technology, payroll and payment solutions. AMS is able to provide cost savings of 30-50% over current in-house costs, maximizing returns and growth capital for partner businesses. With locations in the Northeast and Midwest, AMS services clients nationwide in various industries.

Chris Austin, President of Sales and Operations for AMS, stated, “Our team has really enjoyed supporting ICG for the past 2 years and we look forward to their continued success. Our AMS team will continue to be there for our new teammates as we are for all of our clients and their back office needs.”
