BioME LIVE Coffee Hour

April 3 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm EDT

Join us at Bissell Brothers for a “learn and connect” event on April 3 from 4-6PM

Join BioME on April 3 from 4-6PM at Bissell Brothers in Portland. Given the positive reception of our Virtual Coffee Hour, we’re excited to extend this opportunity to connect face-to-face! Attendees will hear from Maine life science entrepreneurs, scientists, researchers and academia to learn about the impressive work that’s being done in the state. Presentations will be followed by an hour of networking.

This Coffee Hour will feature Matt Lynes, PhD (MaineHealth Institute for Research), Kendra Batchelder, PhD (WAVED Medical LLC), James Murphy (Educate Maine), and Eva Rose Balog, PhD (University of New England).

The goal of this series is to connect Maine’s life science community and educate attendees about what companies and individuals are doing to advance the life sciences industry in Maine.

Speakers

Matt Lynes, PhDFaculty Scientist, MaineHealth Institute for Research

Matt Lynes is a Faculty Scientist at MaineHealth Institute for Research in Scarborough and an adjunct faculty at The Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston, Massachusetts.
