(PORTLAND, Maine)—Alicia Valcaniant wakes up around 4:30 most mornings to prepare meals such as Indian butter chicken, egg roll bowls, and sweet potato loaded with buffalo chicken, broccoli, and yogurt blue cheese dressing.
