Agnieszka Carpenter has been the Executive Director of BioME since 2017, but with the organization for the past 8 years. Agnieszka grew up in Poland and has a dual degree in English Literature and Marketing and Management. Prior to working with BioME, she was the Trade Assistance Manager at Maine International Trade Center and worked as a teacher and college lecturer. In 2023, Agnieszka was recognized as a Woman to Watch by MaineBiz, a Maine business journal. She lives in Maine with her husband and three children.
