Westbrook’s sprawling Rock Row development is getting even bigger

Rock Row, the 110-acre, mixed-use complex now under construction in Westbrook, now has 17 more acres to build upon.

Waterstone Properties Group, which is developing the $600 million complex, said Tuesday it has acquired two adjacent parcels of land for an undisclosed price. Waterstone plans to develop 2.5 acres at 50 Larrabee Road and 14.6 acres off Rand Road “either as an overflow to Rock Row or as place for complementary attractions,” said Josh Levy, Waterstone co-founding partner, in a news release.
